Our Team
Director of Data & Analytics
I live in a lovely little parish called Warfield in Berkshire with my beautiful wife and our spoilt dog, Willow, a Shar-Pei x Staffie who we rescued from RSPCA when she was 3… now 14 but still acts like that 3 year old!
I am a big fan of football, and in my spare time I regularly play weekly as a Goalkeeper (yes, one of those crazy ones!) in 5a side and 11a side football. I am a big West Ham United fan (I know…) and enjoy the regular disappointment of going to watch them play! I also love to go and watch games abroad to soak up the different atmospheres and visit some amazing cities.
My love of data probably started much earlier than I realised, watching my Dad play Championship Manager 98/99.
For those who don’t know, Championship Manager, now Football Manager, is basically a massive football database that you get to play with. Player attributes, performances, statistics, form, trend - you’re constantly using data to make decisions and then seeing whether those decisions actually worked.
By the time I was playing it myself at 12, I was already getting used to making sense of data, spotting patterns and using them to decide what to do next.

Steve Taylor
I’ve worked in Project Management and Digital Transformation for 10+ years. Although I love a Gannt chart and RAID log, what I love most is working with teams to deliver value. Nothing gives more satisfaction than starting with a problem and ending with an implemented solution. CRM implementations, ERP upgrades, website builds, mobile applications, process automation. I’ve seen it all.
My role in Memberlytics is to act as a bridge between the technical and the non-technical. To translate the business strategy into outcomes. To help organisations make clarity of the noise.
Most project fail not because of technology but because of data. Often undervalued it’s treated as an after thought. My role is to champion data to ensure organisations get the most out of any technology investments.
Most of my time outside of work is running around after my 3 children. We love to go on adventures which may explain why we ended up spending a year travelling across Europe and Morocco in a 20+ year old Motorhome called Marvin!
I love a challenge inside and outside of work and I’m a bit of a fitness freak. Nothing prepares you for the day than an early morning run. I love setting myself challenges, whether it’s swimming the 7.5 mile length of Ullswater, Marathons or endurance events. If it’s a challenge, I’m in.
Trusted Data. Stronger Engagement. Smarter Decisions.
We are a specialist data, analytics and AI consultancy dedicated to helping membership organisations and the not for profit sector make better decisions through data.
We work with professional bodies, associations, institutes, trade organisations and B2B membership communities to transform fragmented data into trusted intelligence that supports engagement, retention, growth and strategic decision-making.
Many organisations already have the information they need. The challenge is that data is often spread across multiple systems, the quality of the data is poor, reporting is manual, time-consuming with little confidence in the outputs, and teams lack a clear view of member behaviour and organisational performance.
Memberlytics helps bridge that gap.
Drawing on extensive experience building modern analytics capabilities within membership organisations, we help clients create a single source of truth, improve reporting, understand member engagement, support CRM transformation programmes, establish AI-ready data foundations and put in place robust data governance policies with a strategy in place to deliver better decisions through data.
Our services include:
Data Audits & Data Strategy
Power BI Dashboards & Analytics
CRM Migration & Reporting Readiness

Our approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of how membership organisations operate. We focus not only on reporting what has happened, but on helping organisations understand why it happened, what it means and what action should be taken next.
The result is trusted data, stronger engagement, smarter decisions and sustainable growth.
